I absolutely love capturing and photographing all different types of sessions.  Some of those include Maternity, Milestones, Cake Smashes, Fresh 48 and Families!  But my favorite is definitely the Newborn Photography Sessions!  There is just something special about being chosen to capture those first few weeks of life. Something so precious and innocent.  Not to mention all the baby snuggles I get!!

 

As with every other session I do, I am so thankful Scarlett’s parents chose me.  She was born on December 21, 2019, at 12:34 pm. Weighing 7 pounds 13 ounces and 19.5 inches long!  She was 15 days old when she came for her newborn session.  Typically they are done within two weeks of birth but can be done up to four weeks old.  It just depends on the baby!!

Scarlett was a little dream baby!  She was so good! We captured a great variety of images for her parents, Ashley and Jared.  I send a questionnaire before every newborn session.  It helps me to prepare and customize each session.  Jotform is what I use to send it.  Here is an example of what I send.   https://form.jotform.com/91045585216154

For Scarlett, we used the purple backdrop on the beanbag.  It is one of my favorites for girls.  We also used a matching purple outfit. Which was made by https://www.facebook.com/sassiestitches/

When we moved to the prop part of the session, I used the white basket, wood heart bowl, and one of the beds.  All that are equally adorable!
