There is no better feeling than being chosen to capture a precious newborn in the first few weeks of life!  But even better is when you get to capture their milestones along the way. You get to watch them grow. You see how much they change from session to session.  One of my favorite milestones to capture is when they turn the big ONE with a Cake Smash!  The kids definitely love to participate in the cake smashes as well!

What is even better is that the cake smash can be completely customized.  Because the theme and color scheme possibilities are endless! Some of the more popular themes are…. Mickey Mouse, Sesame Street, Dinosaurs, Pooh, Pink and Gold, Princess & Unicorns.

Rainbow Cake Smash

Emma turned one on April 13th!  It is crazy to think it has already been a year since I captured her newborn pictures. Miss Emma’s parent chose a rainbow  theme. It could not have turned out any cuter!!  Her rainbow tutu was the best!  It took Emma a minute or two to get the hang of it. She even started to cry for a quick minute. But then she loved it!  Oh yeah, she needed a fork to be so ladylike! HA!

In the custom cake smash package, we also captures some regular pictures.  This way we get some of the cute clean pictures before the mess begins!
