I absolutely love it when I get to meet parents before their baby arrives and these two were no exception!!  They are the reason I love being a newborn photographer.  You could just tell the joy and excitement they had while waiting for the arrival of their little guy!  Lorenzo Charles Sarratori came and changed his parents life on 12/13/19 at 10:28 am.  Their perfect little guy was 8lb. 6 oz and 21 inches long.

I first had the chance to meet them in November 2019 where we captured AnnaMarie’s very cute belly bump. Since the weather was not the best, we opted to do some in-studio pictures and just a few outside at Basil Marella Park, Rochester, NY.

Then fast forward to December 21, 2019…the day I got to meet Lorenzo!  And boy was he a cutie and quite snuggly!  Mom and dad were still trying to figure things out, as expected and we all do with our first baby.  But they were doing great. Lorenzo was a very happy and content little boy.  As a newborn photographer, this is why when you come to the studio, it is a little rest and relaxation time for the parents!

There is not much Lorenzo would not let me do, except for being nakey lol. But we got this adorable one of him with his eyes wide open!!  When babies are awake, I love to capture all there expressions.  Which we all know are a lot of goofy ones!  I even got one of him awake in the wooden bowl…

After that, and some milk, it was back to dreamland for him.  And the rest of the session was great!  I love to give a variety of images for parents to pick from.  These were only a few from the gallery!

And since it was right before Christmas, we had to do a few Christmas pictures!!  Babies first Christmas and all!

How could we not?
