First of all, what is sweeter for a little princess, than a pink and gold cake smash session?! It seems like balloons, lights, paper flowers, confetti, and yes even a cute little rocking horse are perfect choices. Certainly turning ONE is a big deal! The accomplishments and milestone that are reached in that first year of life are nothing short of amazing! So what better way to capture all that? A Cake Smash of course!
Looking back now I’m sure most of us would love the chance to devour a cake with no cares in the world. We would also think the same for the actual ONE-year-olds, right? Sometimes that is not the case lol. Rather than diving right in, Miss Emma started off being very dainty. Using just one finger to taste the sweet frosting, because why not! Once she realized how delicious it really was she was a little more intrigued! As a result, the whole hand went it in it. So by the end, we can say she needed a bath! But that’s awesome because we wouldn’t want it any other way.

So, she was loving it until she was not! Daddy came in and “helped’ her lol! Emma was not amused in the least.
As you can see, it was definitely a great time! Because it was so fun, Mom and dad were even wearing cake by the end!
