Every newborn photography session is as different as every baby is!! Miss Emma Jean was definitely ready for her close-up! The sweet little 7-pound princess slept the entire 2 1/2 hours of her newborn session. Besides only fussing for maybe a minute she didn’t make a sound except for those cute baby noises! She only had to fill her tiny belly once, then passed back out!

She didn’t care how she was posed or where she was put, she loved it all! In Emma’s newborn session, I used the newborn bean bag with a white and a purple backdrop. I also used the small ivory chair, a wooden bowl, and a white basket! Maybe it was the help of the amazing Baby Shusher Sleep Miracle Soother,

I can say she most certainly gave me baby fever! I have four girls of my own though, ranging from 2 to almost 20! So we can say that is definitely not going to happen lol! I have my hands full for sure! But, all those squishy little baby rolls are just the best!
Emma’s mom and dad were the sweetest! You could just see the love they had for their new sweet girl. Her parents received a gift certificate at their baby shower for her newborn pictures. Can you seriously think of a better gift? It’s one that will last a lifetime and be able to be passed down from generation to generation.
I love being able to give the parents a little break, heck even take a nap! Newborn Photography sessions can last anywhere from 2-4 hours, depending on the baby. I absolutely love capturing newborns! There’s nothing better than capturing the first moments of an innocent baby. From their sweet little toes to those tiny little fingers.
